Here is the patent for an Orange Crush Soda Dispenser from the 1920's. Orange Crush is an orange-flavored Soft drink (see orange soda) invented by J. M. Thompson of Chicago in 1906. The drink quickly became popular and was widely available throughout the US. Since the mid-20th century, however, the availability of Orange Crush has decreased considerably; it is now only sold in certain locales. The Crush brand and trademark are presently owned by Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, who market the soft drink in cans and bottles chiefly in the southeastern United States, where it is sold in most supermarkets.
